South Gilbert Parent Support Organization
Empowering performers through community — the INSPIRE PSO coordinates fundraisers for the season, helping Gilbert families offset the cost of an incredible performing arts experience.
Entirely Voluntary
Participation in fundraisers is entirely voluntary for Company & Academy families — you choose the ones that best suit your needs. Funds raised can be credited directly to your performer's account and used for various fees throughout the year.
How Funds Can Be Used
PSO credits can go toward competition fees, company costume fees, master classes, summer camps, and more. Funds cannot be used for monthly tuition, rec fees, rec costumes, or boutique items. Contact the front desk anytime to check your PSO account balance.
Fundraising Opportunities
A few of the ways your performer can earn PSO credits during the season.
Fry's Community Rewards
A year-round program at no cost to you. Link your Fry's Shopper's Card to INSPIRE, and every time you, your family, or friends shop at Fry's, funds are earned for your performer's PSO account.
Individual Fundraisers
Your performer can sell items such as fruit, discount cards, and more, with a portion of the earnings going into their personal PSO account. The percentage earned varies with each fundraiser.
Recital Flower Sales
Volunteers help wrap and sell flowers at recital performances. Those who sign up for a shift earn credit into their performer's PSO account, and remaining profits support the general PSO fund.
Seasonal Fundraisers
Throughout the year the PSO runs events like Harkins Summer Movie Fun tickets, Boost discount cards, citrus delivery, and restaurant nights. Watch your email for details on each one.
Managing Your PSO Account
After each fundraiser, credits are applied to your performer's PSO account. The front desk keeps your balance updated — just let them know how you'd like your funds allocated.
Any unused funds upon leaving the studio are transferred to the general scholarship fund and cannot be paid out in cash or check.
